Bengaluru: The leading IT service provider announced on Tuesday that it was working with the digital workflow company ServiceNow to provide company-level service management for customers in the manufacturing industry. Through this collaboration, Infosys will leverage its industrial cloud blueprints, which are part of Infosys Cobalt, and deploy ServiceNow Operations Technology Management (OTM) to help the manufacturing industry digitize their factories, warehouses and operations.
Infosys will leverage its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Cafe, which is based on the Now platform, together with ServiceNow OTM to improve resilience and availability of critical OT systems across the manufacturing landscape, Infosys, headquartered in Bengaluru, said in a statement .
