Myntra will do most of the seasonal jobs before Christmas.
Flipkart-owned fashion e-commerce company is hiring around 11,000 people to improve its supply chain, including last mile delivery and customer support, nearly 57% more than 7,000 last year. “This was Myntra’s biggest hiring drive ever for on-site and customer support during each Christmas season as we expect strong demand for PIN codes for their festive needs,” Myntra CEO Amar Nagaram told ET.
This year, during the main delivery time, Myntra is offering its frontline employees incentives, including an attendance bonus, in addition to their regular salaries.
