The Motorola Moto E40 was launched in India on Tuesday, October 12th, as the newest model in the Lenovo branded E-series. The new Motorola cell phone has a 90 Hz display and three rear cameras. The Moto E40 has an IP52-certified water-repellent design. It is available in two different colors and offers 64 GB of onboard storage. Other important highlights of the Moto E40 are an octa-core Unisoc T700 SoC, up to 1 TB of expandable storage and an almost standard Android experience. The Moto E40 will compete against models like the Realme C21Y, the Samsung Galaxy M12 and the Infinix Hot 11.

Motorola Moto E40 price in India, availability

The price of the Motorola Moto E40 in India has been set at Rs. 9,499 for the only variant with 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage. The phone is available in Carbon Gray and Pink Clay colors and will be available through Flipkart starting October 17th at 12 noon.

The Moto E40 launched in Europe last week and cost 149 euros (about 13,000 rupees) for the same 4GB + 64GB configuration.
