Hoote Voice-Based Social Platform presented by superstar Rajinikanth

Hoote is a new voice-based social media platform launched by movie star Rajinikanth. The app was founded by his daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth as a voice-based social platform. Hoote is currently expected to support eight native Indian languages and three international. Indian languages are Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali and Gujarati. The platform allows users to express themselves in voice memos, add background music to their hoote posts, and add pictures to better express themselves.

The Hoote app can be downloaded free of charge from the Google Play Store. The app asks you to select your preferred Indian or international language on boot and then jumps straight to the registration process. It gives you the opportunity to follow celebrities like Rajinikanth, Gautam Gambhir, news outlets, politicians and fan sites. Hoote posts from users you follow will appear in your feed. The voice memo can easily be paused and played. The Hoote post can also be liked, reposted and shared. Users can even comment under the hoote post to increase engagement.

With Hoote, users can only record a voice memo for a maximum of 60 seconds. Once the recording is complete, users can add a caption, background music and a picture to the hoote post. The platform offers a variety of background music to choose from. The music is divided into categories such as emotions, environment, nature, religion, and locals. Users can preview these background music options to understand which one best suits their voice memo.

Hoote also offers the option to turn off the comments if necessary. However, the comments are retained by default. The caption can be a maximum of 120 characters. Users can also easily delete their Hoote posts from their profiles by tapping the profile icon.
