The iQoo 8 and iQoo 8 Legend smartphones will soon be launched in India. The iQoo 8 Pro is to be launched in India as the iQoo 8 Legend on the Indian market. The two phones were launched in China in August. Both iQoo 8 and iQoo 8 Pro alias iQoo 8 Legend have triple rear view cameras and were presented in the BMW M Motorsport color variants. They also come with high refresh rate displays and 10-bit color.

The exact date is unknown, but the report says the brand will likely start teasing the phones and announcing the launch date in the next few days.
Prices for the iQoo 8 and iQoo 8 Legend in India are unknown, but the smartphones will likely be in the same price range as the Chinese market. As a reminder, the iQoo 8 launched in China from CNY 3,799 (approx. 43,600 rupees), while the price of the iQoo 8 Pro started at 4,999 CNY (approx. 57,300 rupees).
iQoo 8 specifications
The specifications of both phones will likely stay the same as the Chinese models. Android 11 with Origin OS 1.0 for iQoo runs on top of iQoo 8. It has a 6.56-inch Full HD + (1,080 x 2,376 pixels) AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 10-bit color. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and has up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
For photos and videos, iQoo 8 offers a triple rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel IMX598 sensor primary sensor, a 13-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 13-megapixel portrait camera. There is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter on the front.
iQoo 8 is powered by a 4,350 mAh battery that supports 120 W fast charging. Connectivity options include 5G, dual-band WiFi, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth v5.2 and a USB Type-C port. There is a fingerprint scanner in the display and face recognition.

iQoo 8 Pro has a larger 6.78-inch 2K AMOLED display (1,440 x 3,200 pixels) with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC, paired with the Adreno 660 GPU. It comes with up to 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512 GB UFS 3.1 storage.
For photos and videos, the Pro model comes with a 50-megapixel IMX766V sensor, a 48-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens and a 16-megapixel portrait camera. On the front, iQoo 8 Pro has a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls.
iQoo 8 Pro also includes a larger 4,500 mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging as well as 50W fast wireless charging. The Pro model has an ultrasonic 3D wide-range fingerprint sensor in the display.
