The iQoo Neo range could get two new models to expand their portfolio, according to a tipster. Key specs of these two models have been leaked and while the phones’s official name has not been released, they will likely be called the iQoo Neo 5s and iQoo Neo 6 SE. Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked specifications of the allegedly two iQoo Neo phones. The iQoo Neo 5s is equipped with an OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It’s likely powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and has a 4,500 mAh battery. The iQoo Neo 5s may be an updated version of the iQoo Neo 5 Vitality Edition that was introduced earlier this year.

Another Chinese tipster Arsenal has claimed that the iQoo Neo 5s could have a display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. On the back, the phone may have a triple rear camera with a 48 megapixel primary Sony IMX598 sensor. The iQoo Neo 5s will also come with 66W fast charge support. Other leaked specs include 12GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, a linear motor, and two speakers.

On the other hand, the iQoo Neo 6 SE is powered by the Digital Chat Station with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G or Snapdragon 778G Plus processor. The tipster advises that the phone may support 66W fast charge capabilities. It should be noted that both phones are positioned in the mid-range segment.
