Realme GT 2 Pro will hit the market as the brand’s highest quality flagship. Realme founder and CEO Sky Li teased the new phone, calling it the company’s “first and highest quality flagship” to date. The upcoming Realme phone will be available worldwide. Aside from the name, the company has not revealed any details about the Realme GT 2 Pro. The smartphone is said to be powered by the unannounced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 (Snapdragon 898) SoC, paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
Sky Li posted a tweet on November 29th to confirm the existence of the Realme GT 2 Pro. The post doesn’t reveal much information about the smartphone, but as mentioned above, it will be a new flagship smartphone.
Realme GT 2 Pro has leaked multiple times in the past. Tipster Digital Chat Station previously gave the award of Realme GT 2 Pro. According to the tipster, the handset could cost at CNY 4,000 (approximately Rs. 46,800). A special edition of the smartphone will cost 5,000 CNY (approx. 58,500 rupees).
The phone reportedly scored 1,025,215 points on AnTuTu. The website listing suggested 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage on the Realme GT 2 Pro.
Regardless of this, the Realme handset should come onto the market in India in the first quarter of 2022 and have a 6.8-inch WQHD + OLED flat display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The phone is said to contain a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 SoC in conjunction with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It can have a triple camera setup on the back. The rear camera unit will likely contain a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, and an 8-megapixel telephoto snapper. The handset has also been tilted for 125W fast charge assistance. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth v5.2.
