Tecno Camon 18 was launched in India on Thursday, adding to the company’s affordable smartphone portfolio in the country. The new handset is equipped with a 49-megapixel triple rear-view camera and a 48-megapixel selfie camera on the front. Tecno Camon 18 has a 6.8-inch Full HD + display with a 120 Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage and supports the expansion of the storage up to 7 GB. Tecno Camon 18 is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports charging with 18 W.

Tecno Camon 18 Price, availability

Tecno Camon 18 costs Rs. 14,999 in India and is available in a single 4GB + 128GB RAM and storage variant. Tecno also offers its Buds 2 true wireless earbuds with every purchase of Tecno Camon 18. The smartphone is sold in two colors – Dusk Gray and Iris Purple. The smartphone will be available through online and retail channels from December 27, according to the company.

The dual SIM Tecno Camon 18 runs on Android 11, with the company’s HiOS 8 skin running over it. The smartphone has a 6.8-inch full HD + screen (1,080 x 2,460 pixels) with 396 ppi and a maximum brightness of 500 cd / m², with a 48-megapixel hole-punch selfie camera. Tecno Camon 18 is equipped with the Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, which is paired with 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 128 GB storage. Tecno also offers the option of “expanding” the built-in memory up to 7 GB by using unused memory.

Tecno Camon 18 is equipped with a triple rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an aperture of f / 1.79, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an AI lens, as well as dual flash.
