Vivo Watch 2 was launched in China. The smartwatch is a second generation wearable offering from Vivo and comes with eSIM support. The company claims the smartwatch can offer up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge. It has a 1.43-inch screen with always-on display function and 2 GB of onboard storage. It has two physical buttons and can be purchased together with a nappa leather strap or a standard rubber strap. It has a stainless steel construction for durability.

Vivo Watch 2 costs CNY 1,299 (approx. Rs. 15,300) and can be pre-ordered through the Vivo China online shop. The watch will go on sale from December 29th and is available in black, silver and white. Availability in other markets, including India, is not yet known.

The Vivo Watch 2 has a 1.43-inch always-on display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and a pixel density of 326 ppi. It comes with 2GB of memory and uses Bluetooth v5.2 for connectivity, along with GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou. For fitness tracking, the smartwatch offers 47 sport modes, including outdoor running, cycling, gymnastics, tennis, swimming, rowing and more.
The new Vivo Watch 2 Smartwatch is also equipped with an SpO2 sensor to track blood oxygen saturation, a heart rate monitor and a sleep tracking function. There is also a sensor for measuring air pressure and altitude. It also has NFC for subway and bus access in 300 cities across China. Other features include alarms, notifications, and control of music playback. It comes with Vivo’s Jovi voice assistant and can help control other smart devices.
Vivo Watch 2 also has a water resistance rating of 5 ATM. It should offer up to seven days of battery life with activated eSIM function. If it is deactivated, the smartwatch can deliver up to 14 days of runtime, according to Vivo. In terms of dimensions, it measures 46.4 x 46.4 x 10.95 mm and weighs 47 grams.
