Mark Levinson No 5909 headphones were unveiled at CES 2022. The premium device has a lightweight but durable construction, according to the company, and has “adaptive” active noise cancellation (ANC). The headphones are equipped with 40mm beryllium-coated drivers and offer connectivity via Bluetooth v5.1. They have four beam-directing microphones with Smart Wind Adaptation for a clear calling experience. The headphones from Harman’s own brand also require a premium price that is almost twice as high as that of the Apple AirPods Max.

The price of Mark Levinson No 5909 headphones has been set at $ 999 (approx. 74,400 rupees). They are available from various online retailers in the United States. The headphones are available in Pearl Black, Ice Pewter and Radiant Red color options.

Mark Levinson No 5909 headphones come with a high quality leather headband and replaceable leather ear pads. There’s an anodized aluminum frame and the ear cups have an automotive-grade metallic paint. They are equipped with 40 mm beryllium-coated drivers that are acoustically optimized for the “HARMAN curve” – ​​the company claims to have years of research behind them.

The over-ear headphones come with three modes of adaptive active noise cancellation that allow users to choose the amount of noise they want to enter. The Mark Levinson No 5909 has an Ambient Aware mode that allows you to talk to people without having to remove their headphones. Customers also receive four beam-steering microphones with Smart Wind Adaptation, which are claimed to block out ambient noise when speaking.

The premium headphones offer personalized listening via the Mark Levinson Headphones app. For connectivity, the Mark Levinson No 5909 headphones use Bluetooth v5.1 with support for AAC and aptX Adaptive Codecs. They are Hi-Res Audio certified, support the LDAC audio codec, and have an acoustic response of up to 40 kHz, according to the company.

As for the battery, the Mark Levinson No 5909 headphones are said to offer up to 34 hours of playtime on a single charge with the ANC turned off. They should deliver 30 hours of gaming time with the ANC activated.
