Big Basket could soon have a new rival for home delivery as Big Bazaar partners with Ercess Live


Ercess Live, a Bangalore-based event marketing technology startup, has signed a contract with Big Bazaar to help them bring their new home delivery services to the South Indian market.

The brand will leverage its huge network of influencers in India and a variety of marketing strategies to help Big Bazaar take on Big Basket and Jio Mart.

The contract was signed in December 2021 and is expected to come into force in mid-January 2022. As part of this cooperation, Big Bazaar prepares its customers extraordinary shopping offers, the benefits of which can be redeemed at the checkout.

Ercess Live will take over the overall aspect of influencer marketing for this collaboration. The marketing tech startup is targeting a wide variety of influencers ranging from micro to macro, including many mompreneurs, mom bloggers, and food bloggers, especially since they are very relevant to the segment.

Regarding the current market situation, Ercess Live founder Vishal Jaiswal says: “We are seeing a rapid growth and adaptation of influencer marketing among many big brands around the world. To use their resources to protect Mother Nature, Ercess Live is also working on their initiative where they plant a tree for every subscription sold.
