Oppo Find X5 Pro specs expected to include MariSilicon X Imaging NPU, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC

Oppo Find X5 Pro alleged specs have been leaked and the phone is expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC as well as the newly launched MariSilicon X neural imaging unit. It has also been suggested that the rumored Oppo smartphone will have the model number PFEM10. It should have a triple rear view camera and a 2K display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Last month, Tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) shared renders of the Oppo Find X5 Pro handset.

The latest development comes from tipster Abhishek Yadav, who quoted the now removed post by Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station and shared the specifications of the rumored Oppo Find X5 Pro. The tweet suggests that the Oppo smartphone contains a 6.7-inch 2K + display (1,440 x 3,216 pixels) with a 120 Hz refresh rate and LTPO 2.0 technology. Under the hood, the smartphone will be delivered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.

For photography, the Oppo Find X5 Pro will be equipped with a triple rear camera with two 50 megapixel Sony IMX766 sensors. The primary sensor should receive an optical image stabilization (OIS). The third camera could have a 13-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5K3M5 sensor. The imaging tasks are to be handled by the MariSilicon X NPU, which was unveiled at the annual Oppo Inno Day event last month. For selfies and video calls, the phone could have a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 sensor on the front. It is recommended to pack the smartphone with a 5,000 mAh battery with 80 W wired charging and 50 W wireless charging.

Oppo Find X5 Pro is reportedly set to debut this March, and its alleged renders have already been shared by tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (aka OnLeaks) working with Prepp. The specs shared by the tipster also included a 6.7-inch display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, two 50-megapixel sensors in a triple rear-view camera setup, and a 32-megapixel front camera.
