The Panasonic Lumix BS1H full-frame single-lens digital mirrorless camera was launched in India on Thursday. According to Panasonic, its latest digital camera offers the cinema-quality video performance of the Panasonic Lumix S1H, packaged in an easy-to-implement, box-style profile. The camera features a full-frame 24-megapixel sensor with Dual Native ISO to capture video at up to 6K resolution. According to the company, the camera can be used to capture video for cinema/documentaries, live streaming, onboard FPV drones and also in multi-camera setups.

The Panasonic Lumix BS1H is priced at Rs. 3,39,990 in India and it is available through all Panasonic-branded stores in India, the company said in a press release.

The Panasonic Lumix BS1H is aimed at professional filmmakers, videographers and digital content creators. It is equipped with a 24.2-megapixel 35mm full-frame sensor with Dual Native ISO technology that allows users to record videos at up to 6K/24fps. It also offers (Full HD) HFR recording along with sound and auto focus. The box-style camera has a maximum ISO of 51200, expandable up to 204800. It is equipped with multiple shooting modes as well as high connectivity and mobility.

According to Panasonic, the Lumix BS1H camera can be used to capture video/footage for filmmaking, as well as stream live video. The company also says that the camera comes with thermal management for long-term use. In addition, the camera features Panasonic’s V-Log format and 14 stops of V-Log/V-Gamut. It also offers HDR recording with HLG, RAW video data output for high-quality recording in low-light environments.

The connectivity options of the Panasonic Lumix BS1H full-frame camera include two SD card slots, a 3.5mm port, a USB Type-C Gen 3.1 port, HDMI Type-A, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and XLR microphone connectors.
